Summary: I’ve been staying in hotels since 1962, all over the world. This stay the most remarkable and enjoyable experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was flawless, the service from the front desk, bellboy, wait staff, counter staff and housekeeping were unparalleled. The staff were all courteous, friendly, helpful and polite. They, without exception, smiled from ear to ear. They all were constantly asking what they can do to make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is brand new and very nicely designed. Food was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Child friendly, there is a small play area and a children's pool inside the hotel. Right opposite the hotel is a playground with a little cafe, and a beautiful city park on the seaside with more playgrounds is 5 min walk away. Definitely recommend for a stay with small children.

Summary: We recently stayed for a week at the Mövenpick Istanbul Marmara Sea – it was my second time there, and I was just as pleased with the experience as the first time. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, and everything felt comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet had a really good variety and everything we tried was tasty and fresh. The location is also a big plus – right next to the Marmaray station, which made getting around the city really easy. What stood out most was the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I’d especially like to thank Gülbahar, who made sure our room was always spotless and who was always kind and welcoming. Ali and Fatih were also always friendly and approachable, and happy to help whenever we needed something. The only small downside is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof – you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms. All in all, it’s a hotel I’d definitely recommend and I’m sure I’ll be back again.

Summary: Very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly but need to show guests how to work the lift and make it clear there is a safe in the room. I had an issue with money going missing but staff checked cameras for me to no avail. For the purposes of the wedding we were attending it was a perfect location.

Summary: Great stay at this Mövenpick location!! Staff was amazing and had great service. This is definitely a cab/uber from main tourist attractions but I think the experience makes up for it. Lots of dining options within walking distance and they have a great breakfast.

Summary: From the moment we arrived, Movenpick exceeded all expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making check-in a breeze. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views. The attention to detail throughout the hotel is truly impressive. The breakfast buffet was a highlight—so many delicious options, with fresh and high-quality ingredients. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and were impressed by the excellent service there as well. Every interaction with the staff made us feel valued and cared for. Movenpick delivers not just luxury, but a warm and memorable experience. We can’t wait to return!

Summary: Location of hotel is good. The internal supply inside the room is not very good. It’s not the standard of the five stars. Otel has no carpet which I did not like.

Summary: The location is incredible, you can say that there was dryness in dealing from staff that doesn't rise to the required level, one day they didn't do the house keeping for my room until I asked them to do so.
